Everyone has the licences. Few have the skills.

L&D leaders tell us the same three stories.

01

Licences without capability

The tools are rolled out, but most people plateau at 'write me an email'. The licence line grows; the capability line doesn't.

02

Workshops that fade

A lunch-and-learn gets people excited for a week. Without practice on real work, nothing survives to month two.

03

Generic courses that don't fit

Off-the-shelf e-learning ignores how your teams actually work. Completion rates look fine; nothing changes on the job.

Not a course. A programme.

Three choices that separate training people enjoy from training that changes how they work.

From first call to embedded skills

A four-step shape we adapt to your organisation.

01
Scope

We work with L&D and team leads to pick the teams, tools, and workflows where AI can move real work.

  • Discovery with each function
  • Capability baseline
  • Success measures agreed
02
Design

A curriculum built around your stack and your teams' actual tasks, by role rather than one-size-fits-all.

  • Role-specific sessions
  • Your tools: Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT
  • Real work as the material
03
Deliver

Live cohorts, everyone building. Assignments between sessions keep the momentum.

  • Live, hands-on sessions
  • Practice between sessions
  • Recordings & materials included
04
Embed

We finish with the people and the proof that keep it going after we leave.

  • Champions identified
  • Follow-up office hours
  • Wrap-up report for L&D

What a six-week programme looks like

The shape of the programme we ran for Salesforce product managers, adapted to your teams.

Weeks 1–2

Foundations on real work

Prompting and tool fluency, practised on each participant's own tasks from day one.

Weeks 3–4

Role-specific workflows

Each cohort goes deep on its own work: documents, data, planning, building, with assignments in between.

Weeks 5–6

Ship something real

Participants finish a working workflow or app they'll keep using, and present it back.

After

Make it stick

Champions, follow-up sessions, and a report for L&D on who built what and where to go next.

The shift L&D leaders can actually report

From idle licences to a capability you can put a page on.

Before the programme
  • Licences assigned, mostly idle
  • 'Write me an email' is the ceiling
  • A workshop, forgotten by Friday
  • L&D can't show what changed
  • Every team figuring it out alone
After the programme
  • Teams using AI on real work, weekly
  • Role-specific workflows in daily use
  • Habits built over weeks of practice
  • A wrap-up report you can present
  • Champions carrying it forward

Why teams pick Fautons

What you're actually buying when you book us.

No. 1

Trainers who build

We build with Claude every day: products, client systems, this website. Your teams learn from practitioners, not presenters.

No. 2

Proven at enterprise level

We designed and delivered a six-week AI training programme for product managers at Salesforce, jointly with HFI Institute.

No. 3

Partner-level depth

Fautons is part of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, and founder Waseem Bashir has worked in AI since 2008, from finance AI systems to Claude-era training.

Who we train

Cohorts by role, so every session lands close to the day job.

Product & engineering

From AI-assisted planning to Claude Code: build, evaluate, and ship with AI in the loop.

Marketing, sales & operations

Turn document, data, and process work into AI-assisted workflows your teams run weekly.

Leadership & L&D

Enough hands-on fluency to set direction, judge output, and sponsor adoption credibly.

Ways to work with us

Built for teams ready to learn by doing

A Fautons programme isn't the right fit for everyone.

This is for you if…
  • Your teams already have AI licences
  • L&D or a leader owns the outcome
  • You want training built on real work
  • You can commit to multi-week practice
  • You need results you can report
Probably not yet if…
  • You want an e-learning library to assign
  • A one-off talk with no follow-through
  • No AI tools rolled out, none planned
  • Nobody owns adoption internally
  • Cheapest-per-head is the only measure

Questions L&D leaders ask us

We scope with L&D and team leads first: which teams, which tools you already run, and which work should get faster. The curriculum is built from your real workflows, and participants practise on their own work between sessions rather than on canned exercises.

Whatever your organisation runs: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini. We're part of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network and build with Claude daily, so coverage of Claude, including Claude Code, goes unusually deep.

Both. Live remote cohorts work anywhere in the world; on-site delivery is available in the UK and by arrangement elsewhere. Cohorts stay small enough to be hands-on, and larger rollouts run as parallel cohorts, so scaling up is a schedule rather than a problem.

Programmes are designed and led by Waseem Bashir, working in AI since 2008 and previously building AI systems in finance, most recently designing and delivering the six-week Salesforce programme with HFI Institute. Sessions are taught by practitioners who build with these tools every day.

We agree success measures during scoping, set a baseline, and track what participants actually ship in the assignments. You get a wrap-up report you can put in front of leadership: who took part, what they built, and where to go next.

It depends on cohort count, programme length, and delivery format. Book a call, tell us how your teams are organised, and we'll come back with a programme outline and pricing.

Bring your leadership a programme worth funding.

Tell us which teams you're training, what they work on, and what you need to show at the end. We'll come back with a programme outline and pricing.
